Good Company OC is a collaborative workspace designed to help small organizations thrive and grow. Owned and operated by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County & the Inland Empire (BBBS OC/IE), it occupies a 53,000-square-foot building in which BBBS OC/IE uses 40% of the space.

Nonprofits make up most of the tenants, reflecting a collective focus on community impact. BBBS OC/IE has over 10 years experience in tenant partnerships and is recognized as one of the "Best Places to Work" by the Orange County Business Journal.
